Avantara Mountain View is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants to join our friendly, caring team. We offer flexible scheduling with 8, 12, or 16 hour shifts, part-time or full-time hours, and opportunities for day, evening, and overnight work.

We provide same-day pay, comprehensive benefits, and growth opportunities. Our CNAs provide activities of daily living support, observe changes in condition, and help maintain a safe, comfortable environment for residents.

Qualifications

• Unencumbered state CNA certificate or CNA training completion.
• CNA experience preferred.
• Ability to perform Activities of Daily Living safely and compassionately.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
• Observe changes in residents' condition and report to the nursing team.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment and deliver high-quality care.

To be eligible for consideration, applicants should have

As a minimum, an unencumbered state Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA certificate), certificate of completion from a State of South Dakota Accredited Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA training course), or Prior Certified Nursing Assistant that is eligible for the SD Board of Nursing Endorsement. CNA experience is prefered.

As a Certified Nursing Assistant, CNA. you are the front line of the Clinical Department. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at Avantara Mountain View by performing Activities of Daily Living, observing changes in condition, ensuring a safe environment, and maintaining education. Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they are comfortable and safe.
