Job summary

Avantara Mountain View is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants to join our friendly, caring team. You will assist residents with daily living activities, observe changes in condition, and maintain a safe, comfortable environment.

We offer flexible scheduling with 8, 12, or 16-hour shifts, part-time and full-time hours, every other weekend, day/evening/overnight shifts, and benefits including same-day pay, medical/vision/dental, and a 401(k) with employer match.

Qualifications

• Must hold an unencumbered state CNA certificate or SD CNA training completion.
• Prior CNA experience preferred.
• Ability to work flexible shift hours including evenings and overnights.

Responsibilities

• Provide Activities of Daily Living and basic resident care.
• Observe residents and report changes in condition to the team.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment and assist with daily tasks as needed.

To be eligible for consideration, applicants should have:

As a minimum, an unencumbered state Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA certificate), certificate of completion from a State of South Dakota Accredited Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA training course), or Prior Certified Nursing Assistant that is eligible for the SD Board of Nursing Endorsement. CNA experience is prefered.

As a Certified Nursing Assistant, CNA. you are the front line of the Clinical Department. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at Avantara Mountain View by performing Activities of Daily Living, observing changes in condition, ensuring a safe environment, and maintaining education. Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they are comfortable and safe.
