Spring Creek Care Center in Millcreek, Utah is seeking a dedicated CNA for full-time evening shifts (2pm–10pm). Responsibilities

• Be the friendly, reliable face answering call lights and supporting residents' daily needs.
• Assist with daily living activities: mobility, bathing, dressing, meals, and more.
• Monitor residents' comfort, preferences, and dietary needs with dignity and respect.
• Document intake/output and promptly report condition changes to nursing staff.
• Build lasting relationships with residents and their families.
