Job summary

Spring Creek Care Center in Millcreek, Utah, is seeking a part-time CNA for night shift (10pm–6am). You will support residents with daily living activities, monitor comfort and dietary needs, and document changes for nursing staff.

• Document intake/output and promptly report changes to nursing staff.
• Build lasting relationships with residents and their families.
