Job summary

Spring Creek Care Center in Millcreek, Utah is seeking a dedicated CNA for full-time evening shifts (2pm–10pm). You will assist residents with daily activities, monitor comfort and dietary needs, and document changes for nursing staff while building strong relationships with residents and families.

Responsibilities

• Be the friendly, reliable face answering call lights and supporting residents' daily needs.
• Assist with daily living activities: mobility, bathing, dressing, meals, and more.
• Monitor residents' comfort, preferences, and dietary needs with dignity and respect.
• Document intake/output and promptly report condition changes to nursing staff.
• Build lasting relationships with residents and their families.
