Qualifications

• Current employees awaiting NCLEX authorization (≤90 days post-graduation).
• Current employees who failed NCLEX (within 6 months post initial authorization).
• Junior or Senior High School CNA students with instructor recommendation.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Registered Nurse with routine procedures under supervision.
• Provide nursing support to promote patient advocacy and care in a hospital setting.
