Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED and CNA training.
• Active CNA certification in good standing with the state.
• Minimum 1 year of healthcare, senior living, or long-term care experience preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to residents, assisting with ADLs.
• Monitor health, record vital signs, and report changes to the nursing team.
• Engage residents with activities to promote social interaction and well-being.
