Job summary

Windsor Hills is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our long-term care team. You will provide direct resident care under the supervision of licensed staff, assisting with daily living activities and promoting residents’ independence.

You will collaborate with the care team, maintain accurate records, and participate in assessments and care planning. A compassionate, patient-focused approach is essential to delivering quality care.

Qualifications

• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Oklahoma
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to resident care

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to residents, including assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Assist with daily living activities, such as feeding, ambulation, and range of motion exercises
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care and medications
• Participate in resident assessments, care planning, and discharge planning
• Empower residents to maintain their independence and dignity
