Job summary

Heritage at Brandon Place in Oklahoma City is seeking compassionate Certified Nurse Aides (CNAs) to join our skilled nursing team. CNAs provide direct patient care and assist residents with daily living activities while promoting comfort, dignity, and quality of life.

The ideal candidate is patient-focused, reliable, and committed to high-quality care for elderly and medically complex residents in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification in the state.
• Previous experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or rehab setting preferred.
• Ability to lift, transfer and assist residents as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
• Take and record vital signs.
• Assist residents with mobility, transfers, and repositioning to prevent pressure injuries.
• Observe and report changes in resident condition to the licensed nurse.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided.
• Support residents with meals, hydration and nutritional needs.
• Provide emotional support and maintain a respectful environment.
• Ensure residents’ rooms and common areas remain clean, safe, and organized.
• Follow infection control policies and safety procedures.
• Assist nursing staff with other duties as assigned.

CNAs provide direct patient care and assist residents with daily living activities while promoting comfort, dignity, and quality of life. The ideal candidate is patient-focused, reliable, and committed to providing high-quality care to elderly and medically complex residents.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding
• Take and record vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and respiration
• Assist residents with mobility, transfers, and repositioning to prevent pressure injuries
• Observe and report changes in resident condition to the licensed nurse
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided
• Support residents with meals, hydration, and nutritional needs
• Provide emotional support and maintain a respectful and compassionate environment
