Heritage at Brandon Place in Oklahoma City, OK is seeking compassionate Certified Nurse Aides (CNAs) to join our Skilled Nursing Facility team. CNAs provide direct patient care and assist residents with daily living activities while promoting comfort, dignity and quality of life.

The ideal candidate is patient-focused, reliable and committed to high-quality elder care in a supportive, team-based environment. Full-time position with opportunities for ongoing training and growth.

Formación

• Active CNA certification in Oklahoma.
• Experience in skilled nursing facility or long-term care preferred.
• Ability to lift, transfer, and assist residents as needed.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsabilidades

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding
• Take and record vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and respiration
• Assist residents with mobility, transfers, and repositioning to prevent pressure injuries
• Observe and report changes in resident condition to the licensed nurse
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided
• Support residents with meals, hydration, and nutritional needs
• Provide emotional support and maintain a respectful and compassionate environment
• Ensure residents’ rooms and common areas remain clean, safe, and organized
• Follow infection control policies and safety procedures
• Assist nursing staff with other duties as assigned

The ideal candidate is patient-focused, reliable, and committed to providing high-quality care to elderly and medically complex residents.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding
• Take and record vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and respiration
• Assist residents with mobility, transfers, and repositioning to prevent pressure injuries
• Observe and report changes in resident condition to the licensed nurse
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided
• Support residents with meals, hydration, and nutritional needs

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certification in the state

• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to assist with resident transfers and repositioning
