Job summary

PACE, a member of Empath Health in Pinellas Park, FL, seeks a compassionate CNA-Dietary Aide to support ADC participants with meals, menu planning, and safe kitchen operations. You will follow directions from the Center Manager and assist with ADLs and supervision as needed.

You will manage kitchen inventory, educate staff on diets, ensure sanitary standards, and oversee daily kitchen operations while maintaining safety and quality of care.

Qualifications

• High School degree or equivalent is required.
• Current Florida CNA license is required or in process.
• Experience as a kitchen aide with coursework in food preparation or nutrition is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Follow all directions from the Center Manager.
• Assist with participant support, including ADLs and supervision as needed.
• Manage kitchen inventory, including food, supplies, and emergency stock.
• Maintain clean, sanitary, and safe kitchen conditions."Clean as You Go".
• Order and restock kitchen and dining supplies as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and health standards.
• Educate staff on diets and food consistencies as directed.
• Independently manage daily kitchen operations.
