Job summary

PACE, a member of Empath Health, seeks a compassionate CNA-Dietary Aide to join our interdisciplinary PACE team in Pinellas Park, FL. You will promote dietary policies, assist with menu planning, recipe revision, and patient food selection, and support ADC participants as coordinated with the Center Manager.

You’ll handle daily kitchen operations, maintain sanitary conditions, manage inventory, ensure safety and hygiene standards, educate staff on diets and food textures, and coordinate with

Qualifications

  • Florida CNA license required.
  • Previous kitchen aide experience preferred.
  • ServSafe certification or plan to obtain within 6 months.
  • CPR certification from ARC or AHA.

Responsibilities

  • Follow Center Manager directions.
  • Assist with participant support including ADLs.
  • Manage kitchen inventory, supplies, and stock.
  • Maintain clean, sanitary kitchen conditions.
  • Order/restock supplies as needed.
  • Ensure safety and health standards.
  • Educate staff on diets and food consistencies.
  • Independently manage daily kitchen operations.

PACE, a member of Empath Health is seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented CNA-Dietary Aide to join our interdisciplinary PACE team in Pinellas Park, FL. In this role, the CNA-Dietary Aide will promote and follow all dietary policies and procedures to assist in menu planning, recipe revision and standardization, patient food selection and portion control.
