Job summary

Empath Health is seeking a compassionate Part-Time CNA/Program Aide to join our interdisciplinary PACE team in Pinellas Park, FL. Under the direction of the Day Center Supervisor, you will help participants with daily living activities, restorative care, and mobility, supporting independence and well-being in a mission-driven setting.

Qualifications include a Florida CNA certificate and High School diploma; CPR certification is preferred and Home Health Aide credentials are a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Current Certification as Certified Nursing Assistant (C.N.A) in the State of Florida.
• Home Health Aide certification with 75 hours completed preferred.
• CPR certification from a recognized organization required.

Responsibilities

• Assist participants with activities of daily living and restorative care.
• Support patient ambulation and transfers.
• Assist with meals and prescribed diets.
• Assist with bathing and personal hygiene.
• Document services provided and report changes to RN.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and participate in required trainings.
