Spurwink is seeking a Direct Support Professional - Development Trainer in Lewiston, ME. The role provides supervision, mentoring, and coaching for DSPs and CNAs, ensuring activities align with the PCP prescriptions and treatment plans.

The candidate must be a CNA with relevant in-service training and continued education. The DT-CNA Coordinator manages CNA scheduling and coordinates time-off coverage with HR.

Qualifications

• Must be a CNA with required ongoing training and education.
• Strong interpersonal and mentoring capabilities.
• Must maintain a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision, mentoring, and coaching for DSPs and CNAs on shifts.
• Oversee active treatment and self-care tasks as prescribed by PCP.
• Coordinate CNA scheduling with the DT-CNA Coordinator and HR.
• Assist with time-off coverage and leaves of absence.
