Dexter Health Care, part of First Atlantic Healthcare, is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants to deliver compassionate, patient-centered care in a 53-bed long-term care and skilled nursing facility in Dexter, ME.

Qualifications

• Completion of a state-approved C.N.A. certification training course (all experience levels welcome, including new grads!).
• Basic computer skills and the ability to multitask safely.
• Strong communication skills with an empathetic "bedside manner" and team-player mindset.

Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with daily living needs and personal hygiene.
• Monitoring and recording vital signs in resident charts.
• Providing adjunct patient care and safe transportation assistance.
• Collaborating with the nursing team while adhering to professional standards and state regulations.
