Spurwink is seeking a Direct Support Professional - Development Trainer in Lewiston, ME. The DT-CNA Coordinator focuses on CNA scheduling and collaborates with DTC-HR to cover time off requests.

The role provides supervision, mentoring, and coaching for DSPs and CNAs, ensuring active treatment and prescribed self-care tasks are carried out according to the PCP, with supervision and training opportunities available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; CDS curriculum within six months.
• Must be a CNA with various education paths and in-service training.
• Must maintain a valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsabilités

• Provide supervision, mentoring, and coaching for DSPs and CNAs on shifts.
• Oversee active treatment and self-care activities as prescribed by the PCP.
