Anne Carlsen Center in Jamestown, ND, is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) / Direct Support Professional (DSP) to support children and young adults with health and personal care needs. This full- and part-time role involves delivering care under licensed supervision and assisting the team with ISP/IEP and behavior support plans.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate verbally and in writing.
• Able to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Valid North Dakota Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Provide health and personal care support for children and young adults.
• Contribute to and implement ISP/IEP, positive behavior support plan and nursing care plan under supervision.
• Complete CNA course within 6 months of employment and CMA training if required.
• Work under supervision of licensed nurses and supervisors to fulfill responsibilities.
