Job summary

Summit Home Care is seeking a CNA – Mobile Veteran Care Partner to provide compassionate personal care to Veterans in their homes within a 35-mile radius. This part-time/per diem role involves traveling to multiple clients and documenting visits, with a focus on dignity and independence.

Qualifications
