Job summary

Summit Home Care in Minnesota is seeking a CNA – Mobile Veteran Care Partner to provide compassionate personal care in Veterans' homes. This part-time/per diem role includes travel within a 35-mile radius, mobility and bathing support, and consistent care documentation.

You must have a CNA certification or prior HHA/caregiver experience, a valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation. This position offers flexible scheduling and potential sign-on bonuses.

Pay: $20–$22/hour + $32–$34 per visit (bathing/showering)
