Job summary

Summit Home Care in Mendota Heights, MN is seeking a CNA – Mobile Veteran Care Partner to deliver compassionate personal care, mobility support, and bathing assistance to Veterans in their homes. This role is part-time/per diem, traveling up to 35 miles, with documentation and team communication required.

A CNA certification or HHA experience is required; a valid driver’s license and insurance are necessary. Bonus opportunities up to $2,000 are available.
