Job summary

Summit Home Care is seeking a CNA – Mobile Veteran Care Partner to provide compassionate personal care, mobility assistance, and bathing support in veterans' homes within a 35-mile radius. This role offers part-time, per diem scheduling and travel flexibility to meet client needs.

You will visit multiple Veteran clients daily, document visits, and communicate with the care team. Requirements include CNA certification or related HHA/caregiver experience, a valid driver’s license with insurance,

Qualifications

Job Title: CNA – Mobile Veteran Care Partner

Pay: $20–$22/hour + $32–$34 per visit (bathing/showering)

Schedule: Part-Time / Per Diem – Travel up to 35 miles
