Job summary

Summit Home Care is seeking a CNA to provide compassionate personal care and bathing assistance to Veterans in their homes. The role includes mobility support, documenting visits, and coordinating with the care team.

You will travel within a 35-mile radius to visit multiple veteran clients daily. The position offers part-time/per diem scheduling with potential bonuses of up to $2,000 and a pay range of $20–$22 per hour plus $32–$34 per visit.

Qualifications

• CNA certification or equivalent caregiving training.
• Driver’s license and reliable transportation may be required.
• Experience in multi-client visits is preferred.
