Job summary

BrioHR Pte Ltd is seeking a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) for a Full-Time Day Shift at our Chelsea, MI skilled nursing community. You will assist residents with daily activities, provide comfort, and support with mobility, transfers, and vital checks under supervision.

Qualifications

• Michigan CNA Certification is required.
• Ability to read, write, understand, and follow directions.
• Physical ability to lift, stand, bend, transfer, stretch, walk, push and pull as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide Hands-On Care – assist with personal care (ADLs) like bathing, grooming, dressing and toileting.
• Support Mealtime – help residents enjoy meals and stay hydrated.
• Keep Things Moving – assist with mobility, turning, positioning and safe transfers.
• Perform Vital Checks – measure and record vital signs, weight and intake/output.
• Maintain Comfort & Care – keep rooms tidy, cozy, and well-stocked with essentials.
• Provide Responsive Support – answer call lights quickly with kindness and compassion.
