Park Place Health and Wellness Center in St. John, IN is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for Full Time, 7:00AM-3:00PM. This day shift role requires working every other weekend to support residents in an assisted living community.

Qualifications

• Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Indiana.
• Experience in long-term care is a plus but not required.
• Must pass physical, drug screen, 50-pound lift test, fingerprint for background check and reference check.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living including dressing, bathing, toileting, walking, and transferring.
• Remind residents to take medications, make beds, respond to call lights, and document care.
