Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance under RN supervision.
• Document resident interactions and care outcomes; communicate changes to charge nurse.
• Assist with transfers, mobility, meals, grooming, bathing, and routine activities.
