Ebenezer Integrated Care & Rehab (EICR) in downtown St. Paul, MN, seeks a Nursing Assistant (CNA/NAR) for Transitional Care and Long Term Care units. The role focuses on resident care per care plans, daily living activities, and accurate documentation.

The position supports restorative programs and collaborates with licensed nurses. The schedule features a 48-hour two-week allotment, day shifts, and a rotating weekend/holiday pattern.

Formación

• Must be registered Nursing Assistant on the MDH Nursing Assistant Registry by start date or enrolled in Ebenezer’s Nursing Assistant program.
• Compliance with state requirements for nursing assistants.
• Preferred: 1 year experience in related care setting.

Responsabilidades

• Assist residents with personal cares per individual plan of care.
• Provide AM/PM cares and weekly full baths.
• Document intake/output and note changes in care plan.
• Observe residents and report changes to licensed staff.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in resident rooms and common areas.
