Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) credentialed on Minnesota Registry.

• Ability to follow care plans and confidentiality requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assistance with ADLs.
• Observe and report changes in residents’ health and behavior.
• Document vital signs, meal intake, and care activities.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning.
• Support meals and hydration per dietary plans.
• Maintain clean and safe resident rooms and shared spaces.
