Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 16; prior clinical or nursing assistant experience in long-term care preferred.
• CNA certification with State Board of Nursing or state CNA certification within four months of date into the position.

Responsibilities

• Provides resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance under RN supervision.
• Assists with basic health care needs: bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing, vital signs, and documentation.
• Documents interactions, communicates changes in needs to charge nurse, and supports infection control protocols.
