Good Samaritan - Woodland in Brainerd, MN seeks a part-time Nursing Assistant (NA) to provide resident-centered care under RN supervision. Duties include daily living assistance, vital signs, and documentation of interactions to support care plans.

Must be a Minnesota CNA or eligible to become certified within four months; 15 hours bi-weekly, day shift 6:00am–9:00am, with every other weekend and rotating holidays. Additional weekend and night shift incentives apply.

Qualifications

• CNA certification required or within four months of date into the position.
• Experience in long-term care preferred.
• Must be able to work as part of a nursing team and follow care plans.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance.
• Assist with bathing, grooming, and meals.
• Record vital signs and communicate changes to the RN.
