Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
• ALS/BLS knowledge and patient care basics.
• Ability to work under RN supervision and follow care plans.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality, individualized basic care activities as identified by the RN.
• Assist patients with bathing, oral care, positioning and ambulation.
• Observe and report patient issues to LVN or RN and maintain privacy and dignity.
