Job summary

Avera Sunrise Manor is seeking a dedicated Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) to provide direct resident care in a skilled nursing setting. You will support daily living activities, document assessments, and work as part of a multidisciplinary team to move health forward for residents.

Shift is Day/Evening, 6:00am-2:30pm with occasional evenings and every other weekend/holiday. A sign-on bonus up to $2,000 and a supportive environment focused on compassionate patient care are offered.

Qualifications

• Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) licensure in the state of practice within 120 days.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct resident care and assists with activities of daily living.
• Performs routine nursing tasks, documents vital signs and care notes.
• Maintains a clean, safe environment and assists with mobility and transfers.
• Supports patients and families, upholding confidentiality and care standards.
