Job summary

Avera Sunrise Manor is hiring a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) to provide direct resident care in a skilled nursing setting. You will assist with activities of daily living, monitor vital signs, and support the nursing team in delivering compassionate care.

The role requires MN CNA licensure or enrollment in a MN CNA class ending within 30 days of applying. Shift is day/evening with weekends and holidays, and a sign-on bonus may be offered.

Qualifications

• CNA licensure in the state of practice within 120 days.
• Ability to communicate effectively and provide direct resident care.
• Visual acuity and ability to perform essential job functions.

Responsibilities

• Provides assistance to residents with activities of daily living.
• Performs routine and non-routine duties as directed by nursing staff.
• Measures and documents vital signs and basic health data.
• Assists with restocking supplies and maintains a clean, safe environment.
