Job summary

Fair Oaks Health and Rehabilitation in Kentucky is seeking compassionate CNAs to join our team. You’ll help residents with daily needs while maintaining dignity, safety, and comfort in a supportive, team-oriented facility.

We offer quarterly micro raises up to 5.5% per year, comprehensive benefits, tuition reimbursement, a 401(k), DailyPay, uniforms, and PTO with accruals for full-time staff. Prior long-term care CNA experience and current state CNA certification are preferred; MatrixCare

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience as a CNA in a Long Term Care setting is highly preferred.
• Must possess and maintain a current state certification as a CNA
• Knowledge of MatrixCare preferred.

Responsibilities

• Attend to the individual needs of residents, including bathing, feeding, dressing, and ambulating.
• Take and record patient vital signs, lifting, moving and transporting residents, using proper body mechanics.
• Recognize and report changes in resident conditions to a nurse management; ask appropriate questions to clarify situations.
• Communicate and interact effectively and tactfully with residents, visitors, families, peers and supervisors.
• Report abnormal changes or patterns to nursing staff.
• Demonstrate the ability to assist the nurse with various duties as directed.
