Job summary

Manderley Healthcare Center in Osgood, IN is seeking a personable Certified Nursing Assistant to perform resident care activities and services for our nursing home residents. The role offers full-time shifts (6a-6p, 6p-6a) with a starting pay of $18/hour plus shift differential.

As part of a compassionate multidisciplinary team, you will assist with bathing, dressing, hygiene, and grooming while following established Care Plans and protocols.

Qualifications

• Must possess an active CNA certification and have completed a State-approved training program and examination.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Care for residents with therapeutic, neuro and dementia needs, dialysis, IV therapy, infectious disease, and wound care as applicable.
• Provide nursing care per Care Plan and ensure resident safety and comfort.
• Work under direction of Charge Nurse as part of an interdisciplinary team.
• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, hygiene and grooming per Care Plan.
• Ensure residents are out of bed as scheduled by Care Plan.
• Interact with residents and families in a non-judgmental, supportive manner.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to follow the Care Plan.
