Job summary

Atrium Centers in Michigan is seeking a licensed CNA/STNA to join our 39-bed, 5-star facility with a family feel. You’ll provide resident care per approved plans, assist with daily activities, and maintain infection control.

This role includes MI Direct Care Incentive and shift differentials on the 2nd shift; full-time and part-time options are available. We value compassion, reliability, and teamwork, with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• CNA/STNA license is required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Reliable attendance and a service-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care according to approved care plans.
• Assist with daily activities, resident safety, and personal care.
• Practice infection control procedures.
• Document and maintain records per policies.
• Report violations of Residents’ Bill of Rights promptly.
