Job summary

Ingraham Manor Rehab and Nursing in Connecticut is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CT) to join our team. You will provide high-quality resident care, assist with daily living activities, and support nursing staff in care plan implementation.

The role emphasizes patient confidentiality, HIPAA compliance, and strong communication as you help residents with mobility, grooming, and routine checks in a fast-paced setting. Training and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CT) in Connecticut.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and follow HIPAA.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Provide basic care and support to residents, including vital sign measurements and vital sign recording
• Assist with mobility and transfers, and help residents with walking, standing, and sitting
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care and activities
• Collaborate with nursing staff to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Perform other duties as assigned by the nursing staff
