Qualifications

• Current CNA certification in CT required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Provide basic care and support including vital sign measurements and recording.
• Assist with mobility and transfers, helping residents to walk, stand, and sit.
• Maintain accurate records of resident care and activities.
• Collaborate with nursing staff to develop and implement care plans.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the nursing staff.

• Collaborate with nursing staff to develop and implement individualized care plans




• Perform other duties as assigned by the nursing staff

Requirements:

• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CT) in the state of Connecticut




• High school diploma or equivalent required




• Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and follow HIPAA guidelines
