Job summary

Ingraham Manor Rehab and Nursing in CT is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team. You will provide high-quality resident care, assist with daily activities, and support nursing staff.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification in CT required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to maintain patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Provide basic care and support including vital sign measurements and recording.
• Assist with mobility and transfers, helping residents to walk, stand, and sit.
• Maintain accurate records of resident care and activities.
• Collaborate with nursing staff to develop and implement care plans.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the nursing staff.
