Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in CT.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to work evening shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift and transfer residents as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, ensuring comfort and dignity.
• Provide vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team.
• Assist with medication administration and management.
• Maintain accurate and timely records of resident care and progress.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized care plans.
• Promote a safe and respectful environment for residents, visitors, and staff.
