Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two (2) years of Nursing Assistant experience or equivalent in lieu of education.
• Current, valid Nursing Assistant certification for the state of employment.
• BLS certification from Vibra-approved vendor within six months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist licensed nursing personnel in patient care and daily living activities.
• Document activities of daily living and maintain a clean, safe environment.
• Utilize infection control procedures; support nutrition and fluid intake needs.
• Recognize emergencies and respond promptly.
