Vibra Hospital of Boise is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team on the day shift. This full-time role offers 12-hour shifts and a $5,000 bonus to qualified candidates.

As a smaller Critical Care Hospital, Vibra Boise provides compassionate patient care with strong teamwork. Applicants must have a CNA certification, BLS, and relevant experience to thrive in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two (2) years of Nursing Assistant experience or equivalent in lieu of education.
• Current, valid Nursing Assistant certification for the state of employment.
• BLS certification from Vibra-approved vendor within six months of hire.

Hospital Details

Vibra Hospital of Boise, located in Boise, ID, is a 40 bed Critical Care Hospital, providing acute care services to patients recovering from serious illnesses or injuries. Often our patients require additional critical care services for medically complex conditions such as trauma, infectious diseases, wound healing, cardiovascular disease, stroke, amputation and ventilator weaning. As a smaller, specialized hospital, we offer an opportunity to work in a fast-paced and friendly work environment where you really get to know your patients and their families.

Responsibilities

Provides assistance to licensed nursing personnel in the provision of patient care by providing and documenting activities of daily living, including personal hygiene and grooming, and providing a clean, healthy and safe environment. Utilizes basic infection control procedures, basic nutrition and fluid intake skills. Recognizes emergency situations and responds.

Required Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two (2) years of experience as a Nurse Aide or other relevant experience in lieu of education will be considered.
• Current, valid, and active certification to practice as a Nursing Assistant as applicable in the state of employment required.
• BLS certification from a Vibra-approved vendor is required within six months of date of hire.
