The LPN/LVN will provide direct patient care, operate within nursing standards, and collaborate with the RN to ensure safe, efficient unit function.

Qualifications

• Current, valid license to practice as a Licensed Practical/NV or Vocational Nurse in the state of employment.
• BLS certification from a Vibra-approved vendor is required.
• IV Certification required.
• Demonstrates professional appearance and communication.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills; ability to prioritize care.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical nursing care on the unit following the nursing process.
• Support supervision and delegation of nursing care as directed by RN.
• Maintain professional relationships and develop clinical expertise per specialty.
• Ensure unit functions smoothly and efficiently per policy.
