Bayview Healthcare Ltd. is seeking a CNA/Concierge to facilitate smooth hospital-to-nursing home transitions and deliver exceptional patient service.

The role focuses on greeting patients, assisting with settling in, and serving as a friendly point of contact for non-clinical questions. The ideal candidate will hold a Florida CNA certification, pass a drug screen and Level 2 background check, and have at least one year of experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility.

Qualifications

• Current Florida CNA certification required.
• Ability to pass a drug screen and Level 2 background check
• At least one year experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility preferred

Responsabilités

• Hospital-to-Nursing Home Transition Support: Greet and welcome patients and families upon arrival; Assist with settling patients into their rooms, ensuring comfort and familiarity with the facility; Provide an orientation to the facility, including amenities, schedules, and services available.
