Job summary
South Lyon Senior Care & Rehab in Michigan is seeking dedicated CNAs to provide compassionate daily living support and follow individualized care plans. Join a team that emphasizes exceptional guest relation and clinical collaboration in a community-focused setting.
We offer 8-hour shifts with rotating weekends and both full-time and part-time options. Starting wage is $19.15 per hour plus $3.40 per hour Hero Pay, plus yearly wage increases; comprehensive benefits and career development
Qualifications
- Must have completed an approved nurse aide training program and current Michigan CNA certification.
- Experience delivering compassionate daily living assistance is preferred.
- Excellent customer service and teamwork are essential.
Responsibilities
- Perform and document patient care per individualized care plans (bathing, ADLs, skin care, hygiene).
- Monitor and document nutritional intake, vital signs, catheter and bowel/bladder care, ROM, and mobility.
- Support therapies and promote well-being through positive engagement.
- Observe changes and report to nursing team promptly.
- Maintain hospitality and high-quality customer service in daily interactions.
