Job summary
Durand Senior Care & Rehab is seeking compassionate CNAs to join our award-winning team in Durand, Michigan. You will provide daily living assistance, document care plans, and support patients across shifts to promote healing.

Qualifications
- You have completed an approved Nursing Assistant training program with CNA certification.
- Excellent customer service skills and a team-player attitude.
- Ability to provide compassionate daily living assistance and document care.
Responsibilities
- Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in daily interactions with guests and families.
- Perform and document patient care per individualized care plans (bathing, ADLs, grooming).
- Document nutritional intake, vitals, and routine care tasks; report changes to nursing team.
- Support therapies and activities to promote well-being and mobility.
- Observe and report significant changes in condition to the nursing team.
