Qualifications

• Completed approved CNA training program.
• Current Michigan CNA certification required.
• Excellent customer service and compassionate care.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living and documentation.
• Record patient care, vital signs, and care plan progress.
• Support physical, occupational, speech, and recreational therapies as needed.
• Observe and report changes to nursing staff.
• Promote hospitality and a positive healing environment.
