Job summary

South Lyon Senior Care & Rehab is seeking CNAs to provide compassionate care at our South Lyon, MI facility. You will work full or part time, performing and documenting patient care per individualized plans, assisting with activities of daily living, and monitoring vital signs and nutrition while promoting a positive healing environment.

We offer competitive wages starting at $22.55/hour with $3.40/hour hazard pay, plus yearly wage increases and a robust benefits package including tuition

Qualifications

Completed approved CNA training program with Michigan CNA certification.
Excellent customer service skills with commitment to compassionate care.
Team oriented and dedicated to supporting colleagues and residents.

Responsibilities

Perform and document patient care using individualized care plans.
Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, skin care, dressing, grooming).
Monitor and document nutrition, vital signs, and routine health indicators.
Observe changes in patient condition and report to nursing team; support therapies and well‑being.
