Ballard Center in Seattle, WA is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care under the supervision of a licensed nurse. You will assist residents with ADLs, support mobility, help with treatments, maintain confidentiality, and promote safety in a compassionate, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of a state-approved CNA program.
• Current CNA certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of computer use or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL).
• Assist residents with ambulation and transfers.
• Assist licensed nurse with treatments and procedures as needed.
• Maintain the confidentiality of all resident care information.
• Promote a culture of safety to ensure a healthy practice and living environment.
