Qualificações

• Has completed state-approved CNA training and holds CNA certification.
• Minimum of 1 year of healthcare, senior living, or long-term care experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Personal Care Assistance: assist residents with ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility).
• Health Monitoring: measure vital signs, observe changes, report to nursing staff.
• Resident Engagement: build relationships and encourage participation in activities.
• Safety & Compliance: maintain clean, safe environment; follow infection control protocols; respond to emergencies.
