Legacy House of Taylorsville is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our senior living team. You will assist residents with daily activities, provide resident-centered care, and support the nursing staff with vitals and safety procedures.

The role emphasizes dignity, independence, and warm, dependable service in a community setting. Current CNA and CPR certifications are required, and a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Formación

• Current CNA certification required or state-approved training.
• Current CPR certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; consideration for candidates pursuing it.

Responsabilidades

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, toileting).
• Provide compassionate, resident-centered care promoting dignity and independence.
• Assist with ambulation, mobility, transfers, and positioning with safe body mechanics.
• Take and report vitals; communicate changes to nursing team.
• Assist with medications as permitted by training and state rules.
• Provide companionship, conversation, and emotional support.
• Keep resident rooms and care areas clean and organized.
• Follow care plans, policies, safety procedures, and regulations.
